We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?

Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Majority of all orders arrive between 12 TO 21 BUSINESS DAYS, but in very RARE INSTANCES, please allow up to 28 DAYS.

*Please allow 3 to 5 Business days (with the exception of weekends and holidays) to PROCESS AND SHIP your order. Our team works extremely hard to fulfill every order as quickly as possible, but occasionally there are delays.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.

If you REFUSE ANY SHIPMENTS from us, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
